summer mango crêpe love

What better way to cap a day out in Saud Beach than to detour to Burayoc Point, where the air is so sweet in BergBlick!

My mango crêpes was a special request. I like my dessert crêpe simple, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and/or a thin layer of Nutella, and a sprinkle of caster sugar. I only like it with fruit if there are strawberries or Philippine mangoes. As to crêpes, when the crêpe base is awful, then the whole thing is a disaster. I haven’t been lucky in some places in Ilocos till this one by chef Detlev Cotte. Oh, this was just my dessert. To be continued…
