Living at a deluxe address for five days in Batangas for the FoodPrints taping was something unexpected. Our gracious host, the Pontefino Hotel and Residences, located in Batangas City, made sure the team had a great time relaxing amid frenetic travels. Our rooms were spacious and always clean. Food was consistently, memorably delicious (the owners are the same as Chateau 1771 in Greenbelt). There’s a posh Piandre Salon within the vicinity, so lovely expert massages were at hand. There’s also a gym for workout junkies. The pools were warmly inviting, how could I forget the swimsuit? Mornings were greeted with Batangas coffee and a genial staff. Though the hotel was fairly busy, I had not one unpleasant experience.
I have more wonderful news for you. The exclusive Pontefino Prime are rows of houses, reminiscent of the Painted Ladies in the Haight-Ashbury district in San Francisco. If you’re raring to buy a property, or invest your money for good earnings each month via lease back programs, you might be interested to checkout Pontefino in the first-class province of Batangas. In addition, plans of constructing loft buildings and a commercial strip are underway.
Pontefino is home to tourists visiting Batangas and expats (connected with the Malampaya Deepwater Gas-to-Power project). They like the quiet elegance and the relatively safe and secure community.
Via the South Luzon Expressway, Pontefino is a mere two hours away from Metro Manila.
