It was the high reviews that yanked me to my first Tom Ford lip color. In the same vein as Armani is the most obsessed foundation, Tom Ford lipsticks flirt in women’s dreams. I can see why after lingering at Vanity Play. Never veering away from his aesthetics, Tom’s palette revolves on women’s inclinations. Very basic to the point that a woman would desire to own the faultless color range.
Why Forbidden Pink? It’s the kind of pink with the right balance of warmth to enhance everyday lips. If I’m going to spend on something like a Tom Ford lipstick, I’d better be able to wear it anytime, anywhere.
If rare and exotic ingredients such as soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil have got something to do with the unparalleled texture and finish, they do swimmingly. The feel is unbelievably like nothing on. Color is true to the block, never changes hues all throughout a greasy dinner (photos below). It’s quite .matte with a trace of luminance. It’s on the lips for hours, yet never depletes moisture for the unabbreviated dream
A photo after the dinner. Didn’t even have to bring the lipstick with me.
