In my beloved Ilocos, the sands in Pagudpud lend an air of a beachy white Christmas. Merry Christmas, everyone!
Leehua, some friends and I did the honors of warming the first cabana of THE CABANAS, the brand-new place to stay in Sitio Banniaran near the Blue Lagoon area. A loft makes it possible to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Breakfast was fine; clean roomy spaces and amenities such as flat screen TV, air-conditioning, hot/cold shower, loads of soft pillows, warm fleece blankets, firm mattresses and thick white towels made our stay cushy and warm. Beautiful! How pink are those sausages!
In the Philippines, they are called hotdogs:)
Is there a website or an email address I can try and contact The Cabanas. I’m “shopping” around on places to stay for couple nights in Pagudpud. Not feasible for me to call them from the States. Looks like a good option to stay.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
the place is so new. i’ll try to ask for the number of the owners who are Cali-based. I don’t think they’ve set up a website at this time. so sorry I wasn’t able to make the list yet hibell77. was pretty busy. happy holidays to you and yours.
I definitely would want to stay there next time I come home. Merry Christmas and more happy blogging in 2013!
Thank you. No rush at all. I’ve been busy myself and had to stop thinking of my trip. But anything Pagudpud catches my eye. Happy Holidays!
