Just a quick post. In reality, I ordered and ate sans rival first. Then I remembered I haven’t tasted the tunaquitos yet. A stroke of luck, Saramsam had them that evening. Mini taco shells loaded with tuna kilaw (ceviche) and a jolt of wasabi. Just so damn provocative!! My friend and blog reader Tricia was so right. (Thanks, dear, for the tip.)

Just came back here in Laoag. I missed FB and your posts! Thanks, Tina for the cookbooks!!! My eodest daughter Mairene just love them! She spent over a month in Geong-Dong, South Korea as her prize for an Achievement Award in Girl Scout some years back. GSP provided some allowances but we shouldered the bulk of it. Now, she likes to do cooking Korean… Thank you very mucho!!!!
