I visited an old friend confined in the Laoag City General Hospital later in the day, my second time to set foot on the newly built 5-storey medical facility operated by the Laoag City government. It looks modern and clean. I am impressed that the staff I met while I was locating my friend were all courteous and kind. Nakakatuwa that naka-smile sila and the general atmosphere is restful — to me, a positive factor making it more conducive to recovery for a patient. Well, that’s as far as I observed. From my indisposed friend and her family themselves — they are satisfied with the care and attention afforded them.

likewise, Tita.
in addition, that’s where the word “sustainability” comes in again. people’s taxes went into that building. i hope whoever will be the next mayor of Laoag should look after this edifice. there are cases wherein public officials don’t want to pick up where their predecessors left off. most of the time, government starts a project and then there’s no continuity. just how many projects under the guise of development are now rotting? and it’s pervasive throughout the country.
email address for rehab center in hospital. they were very good like to thank them
