Before long, the scent of burning joss sticks around the vintage City Lunch Building will be part of history. The Tsinoys of Ilocos will now have a place of worship they can call their own. It may not be as opulent as other temples, but it was built on dreams made possible by generous souls. Hoping that the temple gets finished in time for the annual Feast of St. Santiago this June.
Situated along General Segundo Ave. (former Bacarra Road).
