To beat the heat, I thought of making healthy Indian lassi with fresh mango, a no-brainer summer smoothie.
Here’s how: For two regular servings, scoop out the flesh of one whole ripe mango, and then blend with chilled 125 gram pack Nestlé Creamy Yogurt and same amount of cold water until smooth. Pour over ice cubes if desired. I want mine a little salty, so I stirred in a pinch of salt. Yum!
