food click

Look at what I just discovered on twitter — Skip to Malou — a food blog from the heart. I have to thank Malou for her corned beef sinigang in her “riding the charcutepalooza wagon” post which awakened memories of my mom’s heavenly corned beef casserole. I never got the chance to copy my mom’s corned beef specialty which was like a less soupy “lauya” because Laoag is far from having whole corned beef slab in the market, so, now, I just need to find time to experiment on charcuterie and celebrate the Year of the Meat.

If you’re a fan of Vigan’s famous bibingka and want to have it anytime, but clueless like me, you’ll love Malou’s very own video on How To Make Royal Bibingka. She’s such an artist. Click to Malou!
