Connecting the Philippine Islands through tourism

PLDT internet connection was at its worst the past week! For a minute it’s fine and the rest of the hour it’s acting crazy! I feel not okay when I can’t blog on a regular basis. It’s still super sloooow:( Anyways, on Thursday, I met up with my fellow ecoguide and Philippine EcoGuides Association (PEGA) VP Erwin Valenzuela, who came all the way from San Rafael, Bulacan, to guide a Lakbay Aral group from the Island Garden City of Samal, Davao Del Norte, headed by Liga ng mga Barangay VP Joel L. Olivares, City Director and DILG Officer Rosario Laid and City Tourism Officer Jennifer D. Cariaga. I hopped on their bus in Bangui and rode with them to Pagudpud where my Land Cruiser was waiting.

Samal Island has this special spot in my heart — the hubby and I had a lovely escapade in Pearl Farm more than a decade ago. Awesome island adventure time! We had the most pleasant resort buffet food all day! Hoping their Ilocos Norte tour is on a par with our experience in Samal.

8a Performance adventure outfit for PEGA members sent via fellow PEGA member Reina Bontuyan of Viajero Outdoor Centre, Cagayan de Oro and Tsunami. Thanks, can't wait to break it in!
